RACE INSTRUCTIONS
MANAGEMENT: The races will be governed by the current rules of US Sailing except
ENTRIES: A completed entry form for PHRF boats must be received by the committee
START/FINISH LINE: The start/finish line will be between a yellow flag on the as modified by CBYRA and these instructions.
The Committee Boat will be identified by a blue 6’RC” flag and will monitor VHF channel 68.

POSTPONEMENT: In the event the race is postponed, this will be signaled by
TIME LIMIT: If, in the opinion of the Race Committee, the Skipjacks will not finish by
hoisting of “AP” (red & white vertical stripes). The starting
sequence will begin one minute after the lowering of “AP” which
will be accompanied by one horn signal.
1200 hours the course will be shortened as provided for in these
instructions.
SHORTENED COURSE: If the course is shortened it will be between a mark of the
course and a yellow flag on the committee boat. A shortened
course will be signaled by the display of code flag “S” (blue
rectangle within a white field).
